Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you create an account we store your name, email address and, if you add them, a phone number, an emergency contact, your DUPR ID, a self-rated level and a photo. When you play, we record who you played with and against, and the scores.

Why. To run sessions — registrations, waitlists and schedules — to keep the club's standings, and, if you give us your DUPR ID, to submit your results to DUPR on your behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it. Club organisers see your contact details so they can run sessions and reach you. Other signed-in members see your name, photo and playing record; your email and phone number are never shown to them. You choose in your profile whether you appear in the members directory.

Signing in with Google. If you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, to create and match your account. We never post or read anything on your behalf.

Where it lives. Your data is stored in Canada. The service is run for the club by Cluboration, using Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Google (sign-in) as processors.

Your choices. You can edit your details from your account page at any time, and ask an organiser to remove your account. Results already recorded stay in the club's records without your account attached to them.
